Guitar, VocalsTony started playing guitar and singing at the age of 13. Brief guitar studies with his uncle, John Catalano, turned into self study through guitar magazines and song books. While at Mechanicsburg High School, Tony attended the Harrisburg Arts Magnet School studying Music Theater. He then spent the next 2 years honing his singing abilities while also playing and writing songs with the band Delusions of Grandeur. After graduating high school, Tony formed the band Stone Jug with the intention of having a band that could invite all of his many musical friends to come and jam along. After many personnel and music direction changes, Stone Jug transformed into Funktion. |
